While it was said to be a part of Yash Raj Films’ 50-year celebration, the buzz now says that Band Baaja Baaraat director Maneesh Sharma will be headlining the project. Following the success of Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai, the third film is line is a highly anticipated affair. Speculations were at rising that Ek Tha director Kabir Khan might return to the franchise to direct the third instalment. But later, Kabir himself has dismissed this rumour.
Now as per various reports, turns out Maneesh Sharma has made the cut and is the in charge of the Salman Khan Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger 3. It is being said that Aditya Chopra aims to bring a new director with every instalment to bring a unique flavour. However, Chopra and Jaideep Sahni are working on the screenplay and story.

Tiger 3 is said to be Salman Khan’s biggest film in terms of scale. The film will be shot in different countries. While the 50 years celebration of Yash Raj Films stands waiting due to the pandemic, they may announce Tiger on September 27, which is late Yash Chopra’s birth anniversary.
