There is no chance you have not heard about or watched Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin. The show that first aired in 2015 is all set for its fifth season. Recently, Dheeraj Dhoopar confirmed to Mirror that he would be joining the cast of supernatural fantasy thriller series. Now we have learned that Mohit Malhotra, Hina Khan’s Hacked co-star, is also part of the cast.
Mohit confirmed the news and said that it was a pleasure to associate and work with Ekta Kapoor. The actor also added that he hasn’t seen much of the show earlier. He said, “But Naagin is India’s favourite show and I have always experimented with different genres.”
Buzz is strong that actress Hina Khan will play the naagin in the show’s fifth edition. Confirming the same Mohit said, “Yes, that’s true.” He further added that he is excited to revive their chemistry. Continuing, he said, “She and I are good friends, so it feels great to get back with Hina.”

Talking about why he said yes to Naagin 5, Dheeraj Dhoopar told Mumbai Mirror, “Naagin has emerged as a big brand and I didn’t think twice before giving my nod. I am a fan of the hot Naagin ladies. My favourite part of the show is watching them dance.”
Dheeraj will join Naagin 5 as a shape-shifting snake, and his character will most likely be a negative one.
On the work front, Dheeraj Dhoopar is currently seen as essaying the role of Karan Luthra in Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya. Hina Khan last featured in Debatma Mandal’s Unlock: The Haunted App that released on the ZEE5 app on June 27, 2020. Mohit Malhotra last starred in Vikram Bhatt’s psychological thriller Hacked.
