After brilliant Indian crime web series like Sacred Games and Mirzapur, it’s Paatal Lok that’s receiving a lot of appreciation. The show starring Jaideep Ahlawat, Neeraj Kabi, Abhishek Banerjee in the lead roles started streaming on Amazon Prime last week. Since then, the social media pages are flooded with praises and memes on the show.
Actress Kubbra Sait, who played the role of Kuku in Netflix’s Sacred Games has spotted her show’s reference in Prime’s Paatal Lok. Those who have watched the show will already figure out one similarity between both the series. But here’s another that Sait has spotted and it’s about her character.
In Paatal Lok, Cheeni, played by Mairembam Ronaldo Singh tells her friend to collect money from ‘Kuku’s parlour’. Kubbra Sait took to her Twitter page and shared this Sacred Games reference from the show. The actress tweeted, “You know the coolest thing… Cheeni worked in Kuku ka parlour

The show also stars Swastika Mukherjee, Gul Panag, Ishwak Singh and Rajesh Sharma in pivotal roles. A lot of fans are demanding the second season of Paatal Lok. However, nothing about the next season is announced by the makers.
