Bigg Boss 13 is certainly one of the most-watched television reality shows and this Wednesday came as a shocker for the contestants of the house as Siddharth Dey was evicted from the show in a surprise mid-week elimination round.
Siddharth Dey was reprimanded in the last Weekend Ka Vaar episode by show host and superstar Salman Khan, for using unacceptably derogatory language and comments for co-contestant Shehnaaz Gill.
Siddharth Dey has now opened up about his journey in the Bigg Boss house and torchers he had to face in there and how the channel did not show the burn marks that are caused to him because the BB housemates kept bleach on him for hours at an end. In his interview after the eviction, Dey has revealed, “I am okay. I am getting healed. They actually put at least a kilo of bleach on my neck and eyes. They also put at least half a kilo of red chilli powder. I still have burn marks on my skin and I’m not even able to sleep properly. They are celebrities and if they are showing such a violent side, they are sending out the wrong message to the youth. During the first task only, they fed me mud and chillies. But when it was my turn, I couldn’t do that because I’m not that kind of a person.”

Speaking to Zoom in the same interview, Dey further said, “Do things that are entertaining. How will people find throwing chilli powder at each other entertaining? Even when we watch movies, we don’t usually like watching torture scenes, right?”
While Bigg Boss in one of the most loved reality shows of Indian television, this season has been garnering a lot of flak for the language and inhumane behaviour of the contestants with each other. Meanwhile, the makers of the show have introduced two new wildcard entrants in the show being Youtube fame Hindustani Bhau, and entrepreneur, civil rights activist, columnist and political analyst, Tahseen Poonawalla.
