July 20, 2012, (Sawfnews.com) - Farah Khan is getting a step closer each day to her next directorial, Happy New Year, headlining Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. The hunt is on for the leading lady and Priyanka Chopra could be the one.
In the past there have been rumors of Shah Rukh and Priyanka sharing a certain spark!
Rumor has it that Priyanka Chopra's name has been shortlisted along with Vidya Balan and Anushka Sharma for the role. That would mean Shah Rakh is no more barred by wife Gauri to work with Priyanka.Shah Rukh has never been paired with Balan before and the two have openly expressed a desire for the opportunity. Anushka is working with Shah Rukh in Yash Chopra's next - her second film with the actor - but she has a very short role in the film.
Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif names are not being considered for Farah's film because:
